the truth is that i am barely learning.. and im looking for skin shading techniques.. i can see them in your work.. but i wanted to know if theres any suggestion or advise you have for that...

Shading's always tough, especially on people. Just get to really know the subject, and know where highlights and shadows tend to always fall. Sometimes you can't rely on the reference and you have to work from what you know.
