i think for us women, the time of the month is the most dreadful of all. ive had the worst cramps ever and all i could do is curl up in bed all day. last night, nothing seemed to work, not even ice cream or hot shower. bah. so i messed around wif illustrator and it kept me preoccupied for a couple of mins and then its back to curling up in bed with a hot water bottle

Now there's a first! Using Illustrator to help lessen your cyclical pains. But in all actuality, there is something to be said about using creativity to help sooth the body and mind. Sometimes when I'm stressed I can't create. Sometimes when I'm stressed, being creative helps. We should have a contest where we using imagery to express or describe a feeling we've recently had.
Hope your week gets better!
