I am a big fan of Adobe Illustrator, and digital illustration in general. It takes a lot of effort, but the reward that comes with a finished piece is worth it.
Thanks for looking! =)

Usually for the eyebrows I draw a shape a bit smaller than the eyebrow and fill it with a basic mesh. Then I cover that with brush strokes using a special hair brush I found somewhere until it looks realistic.
Hair is a trickier. There are different ways to approach it. Some people like to draw it all with meshes. I usually either draw it in one big shape and cover it with brush highlights, as with dark hair, or divide it into shapes and cover those with brush highlights.
Whichever method you use, it's going to take a while. Be patient and dilligent.
