actually it is a highly detailed image just like a high quality jpeg image.
so
we can't see any vector property. due to it's high detail. its a +ve comment. :-)

first, I wouldn't consider a jpg as a high quality of any thing :-)
second, people always have some thing to say/critic, it's funny that once I've reached such a level of expertise I get more critic from people beaching and moaning that my art doesn't look vector, bla bla bla.
since I've actually heard people criticizing other famous hyperrealistic artists I feel I am not in bad company.

i am sure its a vector image. and also it is nicely finished and perfectly done. that's why i say it didn't shows any vector property. that's an appreciation to u.
i put that comment just as a funny way.

Anugprem ITS VECTOR lol and you can tell its not a Jpeg from the texture and quality of the skin ITAILU is master maybe one day i will be on this level ;)
