Shit is Sweet!

Description
Image created with the pen tool and a limited color palette. The subject matter of my work is often very cartoonish so I find myself constantly battling the temptation to use a lot of colors. By keeping my color palette low I try to bring some sophistication to the illustrations. The pattern in the sky is made from a map of constellations that I traced in AI. It took me a long time to figure out that you can convert hashed lines to outlines by flattening them.
