I am a fine art artist and I do a lot of graphic work for a living. I worked at agencies for years, but health issues have made me a part time freelancer. I started with computer graphics in 1991 on a crummy IBM 386 using CorelDraw 1.1. By 1994 I was using a PPC 6100 and Ai 5. I still do a lot of initial work as drawings and paintings that I bring into the computer to complete.

Description This was a scanned photo that I prepared in Photoshop CS to make a vector. I vectorized in CorelTrace 11 and brought into Illustrator CS. I spent a few hour working on this in Illustrator on a Mac MDD 867. The scanner is an Epson Perfection 4180.
The first version of this I posted here last week (Deer 1). As happens most often, the detail of the dark areas were lost getting the image to to kind of vector I wanted. In this version I have created the needed dark area details in Illustrator.
