Most of the work represented here is personal art I've created using skills honed over the years as a graphic designer, but unrestrained by any corporate demands. Most of my work is tinged with a hint of irreverence. Woot!

Description This is a portrait of my daughter that I created for a portrait show that never happened. The reference photo was snapped on the beach at her first birthday. If I'd gotten my stuff together just a little sooner I might have entered this in the IW portrait contest. Oh well. The background was made from a digital photo I took of one of my daughter's paintings. I imported the outlines from Photoshop. The rest is pen tool. The quote on the snake is made with a custom typeface and is something my daughter says to me quite often. I think it is a term of affection???
