Description
This is the first in a series of rodeo illustrations based on photos that I have taken over the last few years. This was all done with gradients, Gaussian blurs and inner glows. Quite a fun little project.

Hello Ricky,
I'm just new to Illustrator and find it a marvelous program. I posted only a few images as I'm still not very good. I like your illustration " Horseguy" You have excellent skills. Keep up the good work.

Hi Andre, I agree that Illustrator is a fantastic program. I have been using it since 1993, way before it had layers or any of the effects that it has today. I had a look at your images and I think you are being too hard on yourself. You have some very interesting illustrations up and in no time your skills will improve. Hey, it worked for me!
