Since January 2004, I have worked for Australian based toy manufacturer, Moose Toys. I work there in the role of senior illustrator, responsible for the design aesthetic of our products, assisting in brand development, packaging illustration, conceptual design and television storyboards.
I am also responsible for managing a small team of very talented illustators who inspire me every day i come to work.
I have been responsible the creation of design aesthetic for products such as Pawphans, Skanmaster, Fish Bank, Spongi, Fistful of Power, battleground: crossbows and Catapults, Bumpkins, Paw Talk, Me Mate, as well as several others.
The Zone
Description This is a style that I've been working on to get an image down really quickly (usually about 20 minutes or so)and with a very deliberate look. I love the idea of high contrast stylised stuff with a spatter or grainy feel to it. I usually work these up in photoshop using a wacom tablet.
