Designer/illustrator working in the health field. I was a longtime user of Freehand but have made the switch to Illustrator. The transition was a little bumpy at times (the other people in the studio were ready to punch me out because i was whinging so much) but I am now a happy illustrator user...only thing I really miss is Freehand's find and replace function...cheers

cheers...I find it funny how people bang on about you using the trace tool when a large chunk of the illustrations on this site are people slavishly copying photographs using the mesh tool...go figure
