Description
I saw this action pose in a professional model portfolio site. Obviously reminiscent of great characters like 'Trinity' and 'Aeon Flux', I thought of going further and creating a sci-fi character based on the Greek mythos of the snake haired Medussa. Made up as I went along, in Illustrator, with gradient mesh, blends, transparencies and some touches of bitmap gaussian blur filtering. This lady took a total of about ten hours to put together. Just for some fun. 		Application
