Well I am a 17 year old kid who got illustrator as a gift on 6/10/06, and fell in love with it! not saying that i am going to change my "desired" proffession but would love to pursue this as a hobbie, I would love to get tips and pointers from all of you because as of right now i am totally lost! lol,

My very first illustration ever please give me pointers
Description ok so this is my very first ever illustration, i know it looks like crap but to me it\'s amazing, perhaps that\'s because it\'s my own but i like it.
not bad for a kid who has never had a lesson, just crappy pointers from online tutorials, i really have trouble with eyes and shadows and lips color for some reason lol so please fell free to give me pointers i would really appreciate them, thank you very much!!

You're off to a good start. Looks like you're getting the hang of the pen tool. Keep on working with the pen tool- it's the scalpel that you'll be using for all your vector surgeries : ) Keep it up!
