It's Vector Time :)

Hello every one! This's my first post here.
That work take above 8-12 hours, maybe less.
Created after watching greate animation Elfen Lied.
Charactar which call Lucy was created in vectors. About text what i wrote there - in cartoon characters which calls Diclonius have invisible hands which calls vector, so i just wrote it becouse i created this picture in vector :). I dont want create background in Illustrator, becouse it don't have normal blur and etc. :), so bacground was created in Adobe photoshop. I hope u like it )
