I LOVE this. The painted look of the faces is excellent. How'd you accomplish that? Can you offer some insight into your technique?

Its done with gradient fill, and by varying the angles of the fill to achieve a smooth result, yet not so smooth because it must retains the facial texture of the subject. Thanks, hope you could try it on your work, Btw you've done some good stuffs yourself. Cheers.
