Description
The method I used was layers of solid color layered upon each other then
applying the highlights as needed then applying the filters (rough
pastels) then selecting (gaussin blur) and overlaying transparences of color to get the desired look. I used reference photos to help me with the design. 		Application

The whole thing was vector art in the beginning. After the initial process of overlays, transparences and filters was completed I rasterized the whole image.
