Description This is a production piece for a publication masthead that was developed from concept to completion in something like 2 hours on the morning of deadline because the production nmanger couldn't find a cartoon of a turkey golfing at any of the image bureaus our employer subscribed to. So, I volunteered. Sketched the idea in pencil in about a minute, got a green light, scanned and produced it in illustrator. In retrospect, I probably would have googled a turkey to see what they really look like and get some ideas for some color variations, but all in all, when the boss smiles, it's a good day.
