This is probably some of the best photorealistic work I've ever seen. The hair is tremendous.

Thank you so much for your comment. I am looking for a better way to draw the hair, which is normally a hard work for me, on illustrator. I am looking forward to getting more comments and suggestions on the part of hair. :)

I'd say you have it figured out! My only guess would be that this is incredibly time-consuming. Then again, the time spent was well worth it. Kudos.

One of the reasons I'm not a fan of the mesh tool is the faces tend to look like ugly robot people. Hair is always a challenge reguardless of the treatement. This is wonderful all around. My every artworks in illustrator world are 100% Adobe Illustrator. no plugins, no tablet, no photoshop retouch.
