yes its mesh, but its.. emm how can i tell it.. its badly apply on pourpouse, so it dosnt look soo realistic and more plastic like

when you aplly mesh, there are several ways, you can have a primitive geometrical form, mesh it and then transform to the shape u want, or the one i used in the portrait is.. trace que shape u want and mesh it, the mesh will be harder to manpulate than normal, but it will give you a different look.
