I think you did good for second mesh..
My crits would be that you should get more into detail and make the lips more semless when stitching into the skin.
The eyes are good.
One of the eyebrows looks abit plastic. Maybe make a mesh more underneath just to shadow it abit then use brush for hairstraws.
The cheekbone is abit poitny to and the right nosehole is blurry.
A suggestion would be to make the nose and mouth as seperate meshparts then stitch...
Dont know how much you aim to be as realistic as possible??
