Underground Hero.
History : He is a Fallen angel who was extremly promiscuous and was sent to earth to as a judge, so he can clean his sins, with out looking for money or popularity, only this way he will return to heaven.
Super powers:
Flying
Tattoos: wich can create anything he wants to, (in this image y made a gun and a cigaret, why the cigarret, well... have you ever wanted a somoke at 4 am when everything is closed and you dont have any more cigs.. left...think about that.
Blindness: yes belive it or not is a supor power, now days been blind can help you avoid alot of stuff, but to Balkiria helps him to just sence the esence of the person in order to know if he must be judge.
