I am a student/Professional working to get my degree in Graphic Design. I have worked for small companies creating websites, logos and advertising. I am currtently working at Mt. San Antonio College Student Newspaper helping students learn the technical and asthetics in newspaper layout design. My only hope is to help make a difference in the visual arts.
The Gathering
Description This is the final entry into the Vector Ping Pong Tournement. My piece is called "The Gathering" and takes place underwater. The shapes used was the "tad pole" shape which is used in the long kelp strands in the background. the "chromosome shape" is used as the weeds on top of the suken dome farther out in the background. And the two other geometrical shapes are used as the heiroglyphs in the glowing post in the forground. Had to rush this one but i think it came out ok. I hope you all enjoy.

Mt. SAC. Wow, that brings back memories! I was on the Cypress College tennis team in the late 70's and we played you guys. If your work is any indication, they must have at least one good digital illustration profesor. Keep up the good work.

I'm glad i could bring back some nostalgia. I used to attend Mt. Sac now i work there as a design consultant. The campus is changing rapidly! I don't even know where most of the departments are anymore!! Do you still live in Palm Beach Flordia? I good friend of mine moved there about a year ago.

Ben, ben, ben..... I truly appreciate that you create a stuning image, not just an image with the required shapes. Back in the day when I was a vector ping pong finalist, I just used to throw the shapes on the page and make something around them lol! Good stuff. And like Rachel said.... great lighting.
