This looks like a wild mix to me... the use of fonts, patterns and design elements.

The tatoo style pattern behind the dog is ok but it clashes with the flowers in the banner and the brackets in the text bellow or the border around it.

My suggestion would be to cut down on the different elements and use 1 or 2 fonts max. 1 style - eg. the tribal tatoo works fine... just stick to it...
